What is a building management board?

The building management board is an organization convened by the Apartment Building Assembly and recognized by the People's Committee of the district where the Apartment Building is located under the provisions of law, including the representative of the Investor, representatives of the owners of the apartments and other legal owners, which are the representative organizations to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the owners in the course of using the Apartment Building.

What does the building management board encompass?

The building management board encompasses: 

• The Chief of the Management Board consists of one or more individuals who have the highest authority and responsibility in the building management board.
• All construction operations are supervised by the Chief of the Management Board's deputy (assistant). In addition, they consult with the manager regarding management methods and approaches and handling strategies.
• Other departments include administration, engineering, accounting, sales, and customer service. In addition, the building management board also encompasses these outsourced services, such as industrial cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, etc.
