In the spirit of the year-end festivities, bidding farewell to the Year of the Ox and welcoming the Year of the Tiger, the members of the Taisei Group family came together to prepare a year-end party. This event provided an opportunity for all members to gather, share their joys, sorrows and challenges from the past year. The party was held on the evening of January 21, 2022, at Zumwhere Restaurant in Phu Nhuan.
To kick off the warm year-end party, we are honored to hear the remarks from our captain, Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thao – CEO of Taisei Group in Vietnam.
“2021 has been a year filled with ups and downs, challenges and opportunities. As we close out 2021, we look forward to 2022 with hopes for a successful and prosperous year. The Lunar New Year is a time for all Vietnamese families to come together, share the difficulties of the past year and make resolutions for the new one. The Taisei Group family is no exception. Tonight, we will sit together and share the challenges of the past year. Let’s put aside our worries to welcome a new year – 2022 filled with joy and happiness. On behalf of the company's leadership, I wish all our esteemed guests and colleagues a pleasant evening and a new year full of happiness and prosperity.”
The year-end party is not only an opportunity to summarize the working result of the year but also a quiet time for members to share and gather together. Sending each other wishes for a good, happy and successful new year. Besides, this is also an opportunity for the members to show their "unexpected" and "hidden" talents that have not been shown for a long time.
The tradition and culture of Taisei Group always uphold human resources as a valuable asset. Therefore, the annual year-end is also an opportunity for the company, the BODs to thank the members who have been and have always been attached, always making efforts to contribute to the company during the past year.
At the end of the party, each member of the Taisei Group's great family left behind indescribable emotions, but somewhere they were all looking forward to a new year full of hope.
