With the aim of enhancing employee benefits while supporting staff in developing their foreign language capabilities, Altara Hospitality Group partnered with Kyna English – a reputable English training provider – to conduct a comprehensive English proficiency assessment, offered free of charge to all office-based employees.
The assessment program was systematically designed to evaluate all four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing – through various formats, including multiple-choice tests, written tasks and face-to-face interviews. Through this process, each employee had the opportunity to gain a clear understanding of their current English proficiency, receive objective feedback and be advised on a learning pathway aligned with their job requirements and personal development goals.
The assessment results not only provided value to individual employees but also served as an important foundation for Altara Hospitality Group to develop training plans and build a high-quality workforce, contributing to a professional, globally integrated and sustainable working environment.
