The ending of each year brings with it a new beginning. 2023 was a year marked by significant challenges and remarkable achievements of Taisei VN. Surely in the last days of the Lunar Year, everyone had mixed feelings of nervousness and excitement for the coming of Tet.

With the expectation of establishing a professional working environment and qualified human resources, on 9th August 2022, Taisei Group in Viet Nam conducted a sales training workshop. The event aimed at promoting specialized skills and knowledge for every sales executive.  

In the spirit of the year-end festivities, bidding farewell to the Year of the Ox and welcoming the Year of the Tiger, the members of the Taisei Group family came together to prepare a year-end party. This event provided an opportunity for all members to gather, share their joys, sorrows and challenges from the past year. The party was held on the evening of January 21, 2022, at Zumwhere Restaurant in Phu Nhuan.

On September 24th, 2022, there was a trip called "Giving love-contributing to happiness", Taisei Group in Vietnam staff had a chance to visit "Mai am tuong lai" - a place to nurture and take care of the excellent human beings of our nation. 

On March 8, it is a long historical story about the struggle for independence and happiness of women around the world. Women are the ones who have made the history of March 8 every year, creating a day covered with flowers and great joy. 

The development of utility services in high-end apartment buildings has significantly changed the residents’ lifestyles. As a leading enterprise in facilities management, Taisei VN has taken the initiative to collaborate with reputable partners to provide residents with comprehensive management services, including premium laundry services. It marks the first service integration between Taisei VN and EcoWash HCMC, the biggest industrial laundry in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Until August 3, 2021, the Vietnamese Ministry of Health has censored and licensed eight Covid-19 vaccines, including AstraZeneca, Sputnik V, Sinopharm, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Hayat-Vax and Abdala. Vaccination is an urgent job and needs the coordination and cooperation of all people nationwide in order to achieve community immunity. Therefore, when local people are invited to vaccinate, it should be done quickly to protect personal and community health. “The best vaccine is the one that is given the earliest.” 

The retail industry has struggled for three years, but market circumstances have improved since the recession. Vietnamese businesses and investors have painstakingly prepared for year-end shopping. Along with this, major businesses are leasing commercial buildings in strategic areas to attract more customers. Taisei VN introduced commercial leasing services with important rental projects in Ho Chi Minh City to address this.
