It marks the first service integration between Taisei VN and EcoWash HCMC, the biggest industrial laundry in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Park Residence constitutes our initial deployment initiative. Residents must deliver their soiled garments to the reception, provide the required information, and obtain a receipt to utilize the service. Then, EcoWash HCMC will pick up and take the clothes to their factory. After washing, the delivery staff will bring the items to the project at the time mentioned in the receipt for residents to pick up.

Mr. Nguyen Van Quoc, a resident of the project, shares: “Drying clothes during the rainy season was difficult and time-consuming. Even after my family purchased a dryer, there were instances when the garments failed to dry promptly and developed an offensive odor. We investigated hiring external laundry services, but traveling for laundry was inconvenient. Nevertheless, after experimenting with the laundry service that was recently installed in the apartment complex, I have found it to be quite satisfactory. It's affordable and cleans and freshens each set of clothes.”
It is anticipated that Taisei VN and EcoWash HCMC will persist in the implementation and growth of high-quality laundry services for the duration of the Taisei VN-managed project. Furthermore, Taisei VN intends to establish partnerships with esteemed organizations across multiple industries to offer a wide array of superior utility services directly within the apartment complex for the benefit of its residents.
