Taisei VN Takes Over the Management and Operation of Lavida Plus

In November 2022, Taisei VN officially became the management and operation unit of Lavida Plus, a complex of commercial centers, apartments, offices, and shophouses in District 7. This project is invested by Quoc Cuong Gia Lai JSC.

Lavida Plus owns a "golden" position in the south of HCMC, which is located at the intersection of two main streets, Nguyen Huu Tho and Nguyen Van Linh. The other sides are embraced by the Rach Dia River, making it convenient for moving between the areas.

With a total area of up to 21,985 m2, Lavida Plus provides three building blocks for the real estate market. Blocks A and B have 33 floors with 1212 apartments that have an area from 28 m2 to 96 m2, while Block C has six floors and a basement with more than 20 000 m2 for parking.
