  • Power supply system: fully equipped with a backup generator with the capacity to support all building activities, as well as the building's general lighting and equipment.
  • Water supply system: Each apartment's daily-use water tank must have a minimum capacity of 1,600 liters, ensuring a supply of 200 liters per person per day and night for two days.
  • Information-communication system: Provide each apartment with cable television, a telephone network, and high-speed internet service.
