  • Step 1: Check the status of the escalator system that needs maintenance 
  • Step 2: Perform cleaning, inspection and maintenance of escalator components such as railings, structural truss, steps, lighting system, sensors/safety devices... Report to the person in charge, give solutions to handle when detecting problems or replacing components of the escalator. 
  • Step 3: After cleaning and maintenance, technicians need to hand over the work and instruct customers on new features (if any).
